WHAT TYPE OF PHOTO BOOTH SERVICE DOES BTW OPERATE?
Our photo booth fleet mostly consists of the modern day open-air photo booths. The open-air booth style is by far the most popular booth style on the market, as it engages your crowd and allows for larger groups. Want an enclosed booth? No problem! We can enclose our open-airs, as well!


WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
Taylor, Elgin, Granger, Kyle, Bastrop, Dripping Springs, Temple, Lampasas, Killeen, Marble Falls, and the Greater Austin surrounding area. If you are having an event more than 30 miles from Austin, we will be able to attend your event for a nominal fee to cover our team's traveling expenses.


ARE YOU ABLE TO PRINT IN BLACK AND WHITE OR COLOR?
Absolutely! We allow guests to select either option before they starting taking the photos!


WHAT HAPPENS IF WE WANT TO EXTEND OUR PHOTO BOOTH HOURS?
We are flexible and can offer an on-site upgrade during the event! We have many times extended our hours and stayed longer to keep the photo booth magic alive and thriving! Prices for additional time can be discussed in advance and at the event.


DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?
Heck yes we do!  We provide a wide assortment of hip, goofy and fun props at no additional cost. You are of course welcome to bring some of your own for even more tailored memories for your guests!


WILL THERE BE SOMEONE THERE TO HELP WITH THE BOOTH?
Absolutely there will be!  Your personal + friendly BTW attendant will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event starting.  She or he will be responsible for setting up the booth before guests arrive and will take the booth down at the agreed upon time.  Our booth attendants are trained to ensure your event photo booth experience is one you are perfectly satisfied with!  


DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a standard 50% deposit is required to reserve the booth for your event at the time of your agreement signing.


DO YOU ACCEPT ALL CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.).


ARE YOU ABLE TO PRINT A LOGO OR GRAPHIC ON OUR PHOTO STRIPS?
Yes, we can add any logo to be printed on the photo strips. The graphic design work is included in the package, free of charge!


WHY ARE YOUR PRICES MORE REASONABLE THAN THE COMPETITION IN THE AREA?
We are not a franchise and have limited overhead with our only expenses being our booth, equipment, and booth attendant fees.  Lower price definitely does not mean lower quality!


AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING AS A HOST?

Your only responsibility is to follow the instruction of the booth attendant. You are highly encouraged to have fun and enjoy your special night and the best way to ensure this is to allow the attendant take care of everything photo booth-related.  Our booth attendant has the right to end booth operations, without a refund, if he or she deems themselves or our equipment are at risk. Damages to the booth or accessories may be billed. Be safe, have fun, and relax knowing that we're there to help you create some everlasting memories!
